Modern and soundproof residence hotel, located in the heart of the city.
Warm and functional environment to relax, work, or receive friends, relatives or even colleagues.
The private apartments are equipped, furnished and arranged with: living-room with a sofa bed or two twins (small beds), television, desk corner, kitchen area with hotplates, refrigerator, microwaves, and dishes, bathroom.
Beds are made before arrival and a house cleaning including the change of linen is provided once a week.

No food service, but breakfast in the cafeteria every day possible with a continental buffet except on Sunday and public holidays.

Reception opening hours:
- From Monday to Friday: from 7:30am to 12:30am and from 1:30pm to 7:30pm
- On Saturday: from 8:30 am to 12am and from 2pm to 6:30pm
- On Sunday: closed

Be careful, please contact our reservation central from Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 6.30pm for arrivals outside of the opening hours of the residence, in order to give you the access code.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
