Short description

The Residence occupies a prime location opposite Port Vauban and the ramparts, between the lively harbour and historic centre of Antibes. It consists of 5 small buildings, each with 4 floors, all linked by Mediterranean gardens. The Residence has a remarkable layout characterised by the harmonious combination of architecture, water and plants: the central area contains an oasis with terraces of trees, flowers and ponds.

These services are repeated at the beginning of each week for stays of more than a week.

* Cleaning kit includes: washing-up product, scouring cream, detergent, 1 double-sided sponge, washing-up cloth, disposable floor cloth.

Paris (900 km) — Lyon (455 km) — Toulouse (545 km).

• From Paris (900 km): A6 motorway, then A7 ("Autoroute du Soleil"), then at Aix-en-Provence, take the A8 ("La Provençale") to Antibes, exit 44. Then take the D35 towards Antibes ("Route de Grasse", then Avenue Philippe Rochat). At the junction with the Boulevard du Gal Vautrin, follow the signs for "Vieil Antibes / Port Vauban”. Then go down Rue Sadi Carnot as far as the Avenue de Verdun roundabout. Turn right, then first right again onto Avenue Frédéric Mistral.
The reception is at the end of the road on the right.

• Arriving from Italy, take the exit for Antibes, then take the D35 “Route de Grasse”, and head towards “Vieil Antibes / Port Vauban".

BY TRAIN

DEPOSIT
EUR 200 per apartment, paid on arrival (by cheque or bank card) and refunded upon departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
