In the Tarn valley, in the heart of the unique site of Ambialet, the hotel restaurant has been handed down from father to son for almost 2 centuries.It is built in a haven of peace, in calm and green surroundings on the banks of the Tarn River and features a fully-equipped seminar room that can accommodate up to 25 people. The restaurant serves creative regional cuisine in a complimentary environment; on a terrace overlooking the river in the summertime, and in a cosy dining room fitted with a chimney in the winter.
