Short description
Our hotel is located at 1500m altitude, Seignus, at the exit of the village of Allos. We are just after the small bridge under which passes the Verdon.Our country cottage is with the foot of the tracks, right in front of the ski lifts and with a few meters of the school of ski. You will be able to practise all the sports of slips: ski, surfing, scooter as well as excursions in rackets or ski. Here you are for the winter.
For the summer, it is a very other program: VTT, excursions, tourism, sport, baignage, idleness... For our impassioned VTT, we have very beautiful marked tracks; the departure of the chair-lifts is just opposite the hotel...
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: No internet access available.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person.
Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
