The peaceful hotel features 375 apartments, from studios to 3-room apartments, all equipped with all modern facilities and a 24-hour reception. The City Paris Tour Eiffel also offers a wellness centre with a swimming pool, cardio-training room, Turkish baths and jacuzzis.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of EUR 200 per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.
Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 11 years.
Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 20.00 per day.
Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 80.00 per week.
